Jeffrey is a clean growth expert who provides strategic advice to top companies and governments around the world. He has extensive experience in policy and programme design and implementation, public private partnerships, technology pathways and strategies for cementing behavioural change.
Based in the UK, he also has considerable international experience in North and South America, Africa, Asia and Australia, in areas including energy efficiency, renewables, waste-to-energy, and global clean tech markets. He left Beyond C in Mark Pepper's capable hands in 2018.

He has a strong background in the construction industry and also has considerable knowledge of offshore wind and marine renewable technologies and engineering. Through previous work in Industrial Design, Mark has developed wide-ranging experience in a number of industry sectors.
